Welcome To Our Wedding Website! Thanks so much for stopping by. It's an ongoing work in progress, so please check back as we continue to add information for you. Also, don't hesitate to contact us with questions and/or to let us know if there's anything we can do to help you plan your time in Music City. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
October 5 Update: The remaining trolley tickets are at the Hyatt Place front desk - sorry - we forgot to distribute them at the welcome dinner until many of you had already left! Yes, the first trolley run will get you to the wedding an hour early, but the clubhouse will be open and you can escape the heat inside, get a drink at the bar, mingle with others, etc. No tickets needed for the trolley home from the reception - that will run from 9:30-11:30 pm. See you soon!!!!
October 3 Update: Driving directions added (see Ceremony page for the Wedding and Official Weekend Events page for Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner). These directions, map, and other goodies, will be in the welcome bag you should receive upon check-in at your hotel.
September 21 Updates: Hotwire currently has the best prices for rental cars out of BNA for the wedding weekend (that we know of). On 9/17, Alan booked his midsize car for $11.95/day and on 9/19, Susan booked her compact car for $14.95/day.
Please contact Susan if you were not able to book a hotel and still need lodging. She has a couple of options for you.
August 28 Update: We've added a wedding block at a 3rd hotel (see accommodations page). You have until 9/2 to book at HP (almost full) and 9/12 to book at HIE. Unbooked rooms are released to the general public on or after those dates. Our hotels have informed us that they are sold out beyond what we reserved due to 5 weddings taking place that same weekend.
July 19th Update: We just closed on our first home together! We hope you will come visit us as we finally have guest rooms for the first time in either of our lives! Here are some pix: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/vd49438vbbk2m5t/iO7Mkiokxl
